Volunteers are also needed
Please sacrice some of your time to help FBCZ bless Zachary by volunteering to help with “On the House” Garage Sale. This event is designed to help people in and around the Zachary community, but we need your help. Call the church office if you'd like to volunteer [654.2755].
The event is on Saturday, November 14 from 8am - 11am, but if you don’t have that much time to spare, that’s ok - plan to come and stay as long as you can. Please make sure to provide your email and/or cell number so we can contact you shoudl things change.
There are three volunteer areas:
Area one is the Setup Team
These are volunteers who like to work in the background. Specically, they will setup the garage sale and organize items for display on Thursday and Friday, November 12 and 13. If you’ll be out of town on Saturday, November 14 and want to help out, being on the Setup Team is designed for you.
Area two is the Inside Team
These are volunteers who will mostly be inside to handle the workings of the garage sale
(greeting, check out, check in, helping people nd items, etc.)
Area three is the Evangelism Team
This group will pray with visitors before they leave. They will also greet and direct visitors as they arrive, walk them to their cars after they “shop,” and perhaps even help to load items into vehicles, etc.
